Itinerary

Embark on an unforgettable 8N9D journey through Gangtok, Lachung, Pelling, and Darjeeling, offering a perfect blend of nature, adventure, and culture. Start in Gangtok, exploring Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir, and Rumtek Monastery. Head to Lachung and Yumthang Valley for stunning alpine landscapes and serene beauty. Continue to Pelling, known for breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga and sites like Pemayangtse Monastery. Finish in Darjeeling, where you can enjoy a sunrise at Tiger Hill, ride the iconic Toy Train, and explore tea gardens. This tour immerses you in the Himalayan charm, making it an ideal escape for nature lovers and adventure seekers.

Transfer from Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok. Overnight at Gangtok.

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass* (Subject to the availability of Permit from Military Regulation and Weather Condition). Overnight at Gangtok.

Transfer from Gangtok to Lachung on the way visit Naga Waterfall, Chungthang and Bhim Nala Waterfall. Overnight at Lachung.

Excursion to Yumthang Valley and Zero Point*(Rs.3500/- Per Vehicle - can be arranged on direct payment basis). Transfer to Gangtok. Overnight at Gangtok.

Transfer from Gangtok to Pelling via Namchi and Chardham. Overnight at Pelling.

After Breakfast, Pelling local sightseeing covering Darap Village, Sky Walk,  Rimbi Water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake, Kanchenjunga Falls and Pemayangtse Monastery. Overnight at Pelling.

After breakfast transfer from Pelling to Darjeeling. Overnight at Darjeeling.

Darjeeling sightseeing covering Tiger Hill Sunrise Point, Batasia Loop, Ghoom Monastery, Darjeeling Zoo, Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock and Toy Train Joy Ride*. Overnight at Darjeeling.

After Breakfast, transfer from Darjeeling to Bagdogra airport. Tour End.

Inclusion / Exclusion

Inclusion

    • All transfer & sightseeing as per attach itinerary only by Suitable AC Vehicle (AC will not work at hills).
    • Accommodation in Double Room on MAP (Room + Breakfast + Dinner) at all the places.
    • Parking Charges, Toll Tax & Driver's Allowance according to tour itinerary.

Exclusion

    • Air / Train / Bus Fare.
    • Additional Meals & Packaged Driking Water, Soft Drink & Hard Drinks.
    • Any Kind of Personal Expenses, Tips, Guide Charges, Entry Fee, Boating Charges, Camera Charges, Insurance, Portage etc.
    • Anything which is not included in the inclusions.
    • GST 5% (Tax subject to change as per Govt. Regulations).

Important Note:

    • De Support Tourism will not be responsible if the Flight or Train or Bus get delayed or cancelled.
    • Last minute changes are not possible in the itinerary, as we book all the services well in advance to make your tour memorable.
    • Expenses incurred due to change in oil price, mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest etc. In such case extra will be charged as per actual which will be collected from the guest directly.

For Every Traveller:

    • All Traveler's has to carry their Photo ID Proof during their Tour.
    • As a Photo ID Proof, All Adults can carry Original Driving Licence or Voter ID Card or Valid Passport.
    • PAN Card and Aadhar Card are not acceptable as a Photo ID Proof.
    • Child below 18 Years, has to carry original Birth Certificate as a Proof of their Age and ID.
    • All Travelers (Adult and Child) has to carry Original Passport, if they are Holding Other Country’s Passport.

Booking Details:

    • You can confirm your booking by paying a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost or Rs.10,000 per person, whichever is higher.
    • The balance payment shall be paid 60 days before tour departure date. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 60 days, then your rooms will be auto released and no refund will be provided.
    • If we are forced to cancel the tour due to the unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities - floods, riots, bands, strikes or any political reasons etc. Then we shall give you an option of date change or credit note after deducting 10% of the total tour cost as our service charge for making the necessary arrangements for your tour.

Travel Tips

      • Carry your Regular Basic Medicines and First Aid Kit with you.
      • In Sikkim and Darjeeling Rain Showers are expected anytime throughout the year so carry Umbrella/Rain Coat and also cover your travelling bag with plastic from inside so that your clothes don’t get wet.
      • Carry Sun Glasses, Sunscreen, Moisturizer, Cap, Sport Shoes.
      • Carry Jacket or Sweater during the winters.

Easy Cancellation

    Cancellation Policy in Normal Time:
    • 60 days prior from date of check in: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking.
    • 45 days prior from date of check in: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking. 
    • 30 days prior from date of check in: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking. 
    • Below 30 days from date of check in: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
     
    Cancellation Policy during Season/Festive Time/Blackout Days:
    • 120 days prior from date of check in: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking.
    • 90 days prior from date of check in: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking.
    • 75 days prior from date of check in: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking.
    • Below 60 days from date of check in: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
