Begin in Guwahati, Assam's distinguished city, with visits to the revered Kamakhya Temple and a serene cruise along the majestic Brahmaputra River. Continue to Shillong, Meghalaya's charming capital, known as the "Scotland of the East." Discover the beauty of Umiam Lake, Shillong Peak, and Elephant Falls. Enhance your experience with an excursion to Cherrapunji, renowned for its iconic living root bridges and spectacular waterfalls. This journey combines refined urban charm, tranquil landscapes, and rich traditions, creating an unforgettable experience for discerning travelers.

Transfer from Guwahati Airport to Shillong Enroute visit Umiam Lake, (a Majestic Placid Lake with its surrounding Sylvan Hills). Overnight at Shillong.

Excursion to Mawlynnong, Dawki (you can Enjoy Boat Ride in Umngot River - on direct payment basis) and Indo-Bangladesh Border. Overnight at Shillong.

Excursion to Cherrapunjee, the wettest place in the world, covering Noh-ka-likai Falls, Eco Park, Seven Sister Falls, Cherrapunjee View Point, Mawsmai Cave, Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point, Thangkharang Park. Return to Shillong, En-route visit Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak. Overnight at Shillong.

After Breakfast, transfer from Shillong to Guwahati. Evening Brahmaputra River Cruise* (can be arranged on additional cost). Overnight at Guwahati.

Morning visit Kamakhya Temple (VIP Pass on direct payment basis), After breakfast Guwahati sightseeing covering Assam State Museum and Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra. Overnight at Guwahati.

After Breakfast, transfer from hotel to Guwahati Airport. Tour End.

    • Personal Expenditures, Gratuities, Professional Guide Services, Entrance Fees, Boating Charges, Camera Fees, Travel Insurance, Porterage, etc.
    • Any services or experiences not specifically mentioned under the inclusions.
    • GST @ 5% (Applicable taxes are subject to revision as per Government regulations).

     

Important Note:

    • De Support Tourism Services shall not be held responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations of flights, trains, buses, or any third-party transportation services.
    • Modifications to the itinerary may not be feasible at short notice, as all travel arrangements are confirmed in advance to ensure a seamless and memorable journey.
    • Additional expenses arising from fuel price revisions, natural events, road conditions, strikes, political situations, or unforeseen circumstances shall be payable on an actual basis directly by the guest.

For Every Traveller:

    • All guests are required to carry a valid original photo identification document throughout their journey.
    • Accepted photo identification documents include the Original Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Voter Identity Card, or a Valid Passport.
    • PAN Card shall not be accepted as a valid photo identification document.
    • Children below 18 years of age must carry an Original Birth Certificate or Aadhaar Card or a Valid Passport as proof of age and identity.
    • Guests holding a passport issued by another country must carry their Original Passport throughout the journey.

Booking Details:

    • Your reservation may be secured with an initial payment of 50% of the total tour cost or ₹10,000 per guest, whichever is higher.
    • The remaining balance must be settled 60 days prior to the departure date. In the event of non-payment within the stipulated period, reserved services may be released automatically, and applicable cancellation charges shall apply as per policy.
    • In the unlikely event of tour cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, civil disturbances, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, guests may opt for a revised departure date or a future travel credit, subject to applicable service and arrangement charges.

Travel Tips

    • Guests are advised to carry their regular medications and essential personal wellness items during the journey.
    • Meghalaya experiences refreshing showers throughout the year; therefore, carrying an umbrella or raincoat is recommended. Waterproof protection for luggage is also advisable to safeguard personal belongings.
    • Carry sunglasses, sunscreen, moisturizer, a cap, and comfortable walking shoes for enhanced comfort during sightseeing.
    • During the winter season, carrying a light jacket or warm sweater is recommended.

Easy Cancellation

    Cancellation Policy in Normal Time:
    • 60 days prior from date of check in: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking.
    • 45 days prior from date of check in: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking. 
    • 30 days prior from date of check in: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking. 
    • Below 30 days from date of check in: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
     Cancellation Policy during Season/Festive Time/Blackout Days:
    • 120 days prior from date of check in: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking.
    • 90 days prior from date of check in: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking.
    • 75 days prior from date of check in: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges and balance amount will be adjusted in your future booking.
    • Below 60 days from date of check in: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
